Account and data deletion

The fastest route is to delete your account from within the Maouidi app:

• Open the app and sign in to your account.
• Open the "Settings" tab.
• In the "Account & Legal" group, tap "Delete Account".
• Confirm in the confirmation dialog.

The deletion runs as soon as you confirm, and you are signed out. The action is irreversible: neither the account nor the erased data can be restored.

If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, request deletion manually:

• Email Maouidi06@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
• Write from the email address registered on the account, or give the registered phone number, so we can identify which account to delete.

We process the request and delete your data within a reasonable timeframe. Deletion obtained this way is identical to deletion from inside the app.

When the account is deleted, the following are erased from our active systems:

• Your sign-in credentials and your profile: full name, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth and place of residence.
• Notifications attached to your account.
• Ratings and reviews you posted, and any reports you filed.
• Payment receipts and payment transactions attached to your account.
• Your partner application, if you submitted one.

Appointment records are not erased, but they are detached from you: the link to your account is removed, and the appointment appears to the provider only under the label "Deleted account", with no contact details left on it.

Two reasons, and no others:

• The appointment is part of the provider's own medical and administrative record, which is their responsibility to keep.
• A completed appointment is the event the platform fee is billed to the provider on; erasing it would erase an accounting entry.

The aggregated statistics described in the Privacy Policy also remain: they carry no identifier that can be traced back to you.

• Deletion from inside the app takes effect immediately.
• Requests sent by email are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Deletion is final. Using Maouidi again afterwards means creating a new account.
