Maouidi is an Algerian digital-health platform for booking medical appointments. Patients in Algeria use the free Android app to book a consultation with a doctor or a clinic, or to request a home-care visit — choosing a scheduled slot or a numbered queue ticket, with a reminder before the appointment. Maouidi is a technical intermediary: it connects patients with independent practitioners and does not itself provide medical care. Founded in 2025 in Tébessa, it is available in Arabic, French and English, and its stated goal is to reach all 69 wilayas, one community at a time. The bridge we are building is a digital one — between patients and the care they deserve.
