Joining Maouidi: what you get, and who pays what

For a doctor, a clinic or a nurse, joining Maouidi means appointment-taking moves off the phone and the paper diary and into an app the patient drives themselves. This page sets out what actually changes and who pays what, without vague promises.

Who can join

  • General practitioners and specialists, across every specialty listed in the app.
  • Clinics and medical centres coordinating appointments for several practitioners.
  • Nurses and home-care providers.
  • Other health professions in the specialty list: speech therapy, clinical psychology, physiotherapy and others.

What changes in how you run the day

  • A profile of your own: address, services, specialties, and how you take bookings.
  • You choose your mode: fixed time slots, or queue numbers for the day. It is a setting you control, and it is shown to the patient before they book.
  • Registering walk-in patients and placing them in the day’s queue.
  • A dashboard showing the day’s appointments and their status.
  • For home-care providers: receiving requests, proposing a price per request, and discussing it over a limited number of rounds before agreement.

Who pays what

Booking is free for the patient, with no exceptions: no booking fee, no deposit, no no-show charge. A clinic consultation is paid to you directly on site, exactly as it would be without Maouidi — and you, and only you, set your price.

Home care is the one case where the patient pays inside the app: the price is agreed between you and the patient, and the full amount is shown to them before they confirm.

The commercial terms between you and Maouidi are agreed with you privately when the team makes contact. They are not published on this site, because they are not the same for every partner.

How to join

  1. Send your application from this site

Fill in the form: name, professional capacity, specialty, wilaya, and a way to reach you.

  2. Wait for the team to make contact

There is no automatic activation. The Maouidi team contacts you to verify your details and discuss what suits your practice.

  3. Build your profile

Address, services, specialties and how you take bookings. This profile is what a patient reads before booking with you.

  4. Start receiving bookings

Your appointments appear in the dashboard as soon as your profile is live. You can revisit your settings at any time.

Common questions

Do I need to practise in a particular wilaya?

No — applications are open from every wilaya. The network is built wilaya by wilaya, and reaching all 69 is a stated goal rather than current coverage; practitioners joining is what brings it closer.

Is there a monthly subscription?

There is no fixed subscription. Maouidi Pro is billed per use rather than as a flat monthly plan, and its price is not published here — its terms are agreed with you directly when the team makes contact.

Does the app send reminders to patients?

SMS reminders belong to the paid tier and are not a general feature, and in-app notifications depend on the settings of the patient’s phone. Do not plan your day on the assumption that every patient will get a reminder.

Does Maouidi set my prices?

No. You set your consultation fee and, in home care, you propose the price for each request. Maouidi imposes no pricing on its partners.
